  • Account Information: When you register, we collect your name, business email address, company name, and authentication credentials.
  • Billing Data: Payment details, coupon redemptions, and subscription records are processed securely via our payment provider, Stripe. We do not store raw credit card credentials on our servers.
  • Domain, Schema & Accessibility Data: Target URLs, schema rules, JSON-LD payloads, rendered HTML snapshots, and accessibility barrier diagnostics (including WCAG violations and remediation code patches).
  • Edge & Client Snippet Metrics: Aggregate API injection counts, client loader script hits, HTTP response status codes, and request timestamps to monitor health and quota usage.

2. How We Use Your Data

Your information is strictly used for functional service delivery, including:

  • Serving dynamic JSON-LD structured data to AI web crawlers and browser engines.
  • Scanning public web pages for ADA Title III and WCAG 2.1 & 2.2 AA accessibility violations.
  • Generating automated remediation code snippets via enterprise AI infrastructure.
  • Managing tenant subscriptions, tracking request limits, and applying promotional discounts.
  • Sending essential transactional notifications (e.g., account updates, critical accessibility alerts).

3. Data Sharing & Processors

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal or business data. Data is shared exclusively with infrastructure providers necessary to operate the service:

  • Stripe: Payment processing, customer subscription synchronization, and billing management.
  • Cloud Infrastructure (Microsoft Azure & Cloudflare): Secure hosting, database storage, edge CDN distribution, and Azure OpenAI processing for schema synthesis and accessibility remediation.

4. Client Script & Public Web Traffic

Our client loader script (aeo-schema-loader.js) dynamically appends structured data to your pages. It does not track end-user personal identifiable information (PII) across third-party websites or construct personal browsing profiles.

5. Data Retention & Security

We maintain administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your workspace data. You may request account deletion or domain removal at any time through your dashboard settings.
